Reacting to Ganguly’s ‘IND-PAK Games One-Sided’ Remarks, PAK Legend says, “Nobody’s Comments Really Matter”

The India-Pakistan rivalry has diminished to just the ICC and ACC competitions, although the two countries’ veterans continue to engage in verbal combat. One makes a statement, which prompts a response from the other, and so on in a cycle. Even after Shahid Afridi and Gautam Gambhir retired from international cricket, the fans have seen their teasing. And right now, the neighborhood is responding strongly to Sourav Ganguly’s remarks on the India vs. Pakistan series.

Ganguly previously said that recent cricket matches between India and Pakistan have not lived up to the anticipation since India has more often defeated its traditional opponents, making the contests one-sided. The World Cup matchups between India and Australia are far more fascinating.<img decoding=”async” class=”alignnone wp-image-87181″ src=”” alt=”” width=”1477″ height=”1477″ srcset=” 500w,×96.jpg 96w,×150.jpg 150w” sizes=”(max-width: 1477px) 100vw, 1477px” />

“This game has received a lot of buzz, but the quality hasn’t been that great for a while since India continued winning one-sidedly. At the T20 World Cup in Dubai, Pakistan arguably beat India for the first time.

According to me, India vs. Australia tends to be a better game in the World Cup since the quality is greater, despite the fact that India did not do well in that tournament (2020 T20 WC), Ganguly had stated.

Former Pakistani speedster Waqar Younis responded to Ganguly’s assertion with a direct remark, saying that given the size of India’s games against Pakistan, individual statements don’t really matter.

I’d rather not remark on it. I think our games have been excellent. In the 2021 T20 WC, Pakistan’s victory was largely predetermined. However, the ones we missed were also rather close. You may say whatever you want, but India vs. Pakistan matches are the biggest in the world. Nobody’s opinions truly count when the scope of the game is so large, Younis stated in a video published by

In the Asia Cup and World Cup, India will face Pakistan.

On September 2 in Kandy, the next Asia Cup 2023, which will be a 50-over contest this time, will pit the archrivals against one another. In the event that both sides make it to the Super Fours and the Final, India and Pakistan may face off three times, including the group-stage match.

A month later, on October 15, in Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, India and Pakistan will square off once more at the ICC World Cup 2023.
